In order to drive three initiatives, namely, “pursue productivity of individual x team,” “leverage technology,” and “respect for trust and commitment,” the new office provides everyone with an inspiring experience.
TOKYO (PRWEB) November 06, 2020
transcosmos inc. hereby announces that the company has opened its new office “Shibuya First Tower” for the Digital Marketing department which was previously divided into Shibuya main office and Iidabashi office. The department will start working in the new office on November 2, 2020.
The Digital Marketing department opened its new office on the 6th and 7th floor in the Shibuya First Tower under the concept of encouraging out-of-the-box thinking, inspiring each other, and letting employees create their own workplace. In order to drive three initiatives, namely, “pursue productivity of individual x team,” “leverage technology,” and “respect for trust and commitment,” the new office provides everyone with an inspiring experience.
The 7th floor is designed as a place for employees to communicate and come up with new ideas. There is no wall or partition and few movable pieces of furniture, sparsely situated. With various purpose-built spaces including meeting spaces set per area, employees can have meetings, workshops, and seminars as necessary whilst keeping a reasonable distance from each other.
What’s more, given the current situation where a work-from-home workstyle has become the norm udder the novel coronavirus crisis, the department designed the space that can connect work-from-home members with those in the office seamlessly, whilst enabling members to come to the office feeling safe using movable private work booths and meeting rooms with soundproofing. From the new office, the Digital Experience Division will change the concept of “work.”
