This report is given based upon an objective audit by an independent CPA of an outsourcing service organization’s controls that are documented and followed across systems and processes in one or more of five trust principles. The principles audited are those most relevant to the business’ solutions and services. Digiscribe’s SOC 2 Type 2 reports on the following principles:

  • Security: physical and logical systems have been verified to be protected against unauthorized access
  • Confidentiality: information designated as confidential is handled and processed with agreements in place regarding use, access, and protection of such information
  • Availability: the system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed
