CENTENNIAL, Colo., October 8, 2021 (Newswire.com) – BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is proud to announce its upcoming event supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Greensboro. Through its annual Chips for Children fundraising campaign, ongoing through Nov. 11, 2021, BluSky is committed to supporting local initiatives for youth, ages 6-18.
This year’s charitable event will remain virtual as BluSky and the Boys & Girls Club of Greensboro collaborate to raise awareness while keeping participants safe amid surging Covid numbers in Guilford County.
“We are here in local communities to create a better future, and what better way to do that than to support youth programs,” said commented Mike Erekson, BluSky’s COO. “With such strong programming and documented results, the Boys & Girls Club of Greensboro is creating opportunities for kids in the community, and we’re proud to take an active part in that effort.”
The Boys & Girls Club of Greensboro provides programming focused on character-building activities as well as daily access to educational development, health and life skills, and recreational activities including sports, fitness, and the arts.
Since 2014, through its annual Chips for Children event, BluSky has raised $419,000 in support of the Boys & Girls Club of Greensboro, and with the community’s support, BluSky is intent on raising $150,000 in 2021. An online fundraising campaign will remain ongoing through Nov. 11, and the online auction will be open for bids from October 12 until the close of the event.
